PROINVERSIÓN called for tender the concession of two electrical projects
PROINVERSIÓN, commissioned by the Ministry of Energy and Mines, has structured two new transmission line projects through Self-financed Public-Private Partnership (PPP) modality. The projects will be awarded to the bidder that offers the lowest Total Service Cost for a concession period of 30 years, counted from the date of Commercial Operation Commissioning.
