PROINVERSION has called for a Comprehensive Project Contest to grant in concession two new electricity transmission projects
PROINVERSION, commissioned by the Ministry of Energy and Mines, has structured two new electricity transmission projects through a Self-Financed Public-Private Partnership (PPP) modality. The projects will be awarded to the bidder that offers the lowest Total Service Cost for a concession term of 30 years, counted from the Start of Commercial Operation. Both projects will be awarded in a single contest and to a single successful bidder.
With the execution of both projects, the supply of electricity to thousands of families in the northern part of the country will be achieved.
