ProInversión has structured a Public Private Association – co-financed private initiative PPP for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a 34.8 km long highway, from the 200 mile oval in the Constitutional Province of Callao to the Av. Circunvalación, in the district of San Luis, Metropolitan Lima, including in its area of influence 1 district in the Constitutional Province of Callao and 11 in Metropolitan Lima.
