About the project
The historic Bahía Cinema, which opened in 1940 as a theater, was a cultural icon of Ancón. After 35 years in abandonment, the current management has recovered the real state, opening the door to a great opportunity for this space to once again be a cultural and social point of reference in the city with private investment.
Investment Opportunity
The investor is offered access to a Surface Right for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a Cinema in conjunction with other commercial activities.
Remuneration Scheme
Fixed and variable remuneration in favor of the Municipality for the use of the real state and operation of the Project. Possibility of granting remuneration in work.
