The project, part of a co-financed private initiative, is a 25-year concession that includes the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of primary sewer collectors, sewage pumping stations, discharge lines, sewage outfalls, wastewater treatment plants, and discharge outfalls for the cities of Trujillo and Chepén in the department of La Libertad.
