About the project
The demand for public and sports spaces in North Lima is growing. The National Superintendence of State Assets has allocated land for the Municipality of Ancón to develop sports equipment, but the support of the private sector is essential to make this project a reality and offer new alternatives to citizens.
Investment Opportunity
The investor is offered access to a Usufruct Right of 15% of the land and 100% of the subsoil (for a totally complementary private activity) in exchange for carrying out the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a Sports Complex that contemplates various sports development. It may include the maintenance of the Project.
