About the project
The emblematic José Balta Municipal Stadium, with a vast history, has the potential to become the first large sports venue in North Lima. With the right intervention, not only could sporting events be decentralized, but also recreational and cultural events, opening up a range of opportunities for entertainment and community.
Investment Opportunity
The investor is offered access to a Right of Usufruct of 15% of the land and 100% of the subsoil (for a totally complementary private activity) in exchange for carrying out the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a High Performance Sports Center and/or a Sports, Cultural and Social Center. It may include the maintenance of the Project.
